Standard shipping fee is now $16 up to 25LBS, and $21 more than 25LBS!

Sales Tax Policy

Perfume - 8.9% for Washington residents. 

All other orders - 7% for Florida residents. 9.77% for California residents.

We ship from our warehouse in USA, and we EXCLUSIVELY use UPS - sorry NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving. Orders received after 2:00PM EST will be processed the next business day. During the Holiday Seasons our shipping may be delayed up to 36 hours. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, APO or FPO address, therefore we will need a complete mailing address for prompt delivery. Mailing address must also be the same as the billing address. Depending on location, delivery is 1-6 days. All items shipped by UPS are automatically insured.

You are completely protected by our 30 days Money-Back Guarantee Period! That means if you are EVER dissatisfied that you have not received fair value, return merchandise within 30 days from order date. We will either make it right to your satisfaction, or refund your money.

Please note following regarding return policy:

  • In addition to the manufacturers warranty, all merchandise is guaranteed with a 30 DAY no hassle return policy from original date of purchase.
  • We agree, at our option to repair or replace any defective merchandise during the 30 day warranty period.
  • Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manual will be replaced or repaired.
  • Defective products returned to us missing accessories or original packaging will be replaced or repaired as received.
  • A 15% Restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns if a Company Credit is requested (Sorry No Cash Refunds).
  • The returned item should include a note explaining the problem & the appropriate"return shipping address".
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • You may Sign In and select Return Status to obtain the current status of your return.
  • You will receive an email from our returns department informing you of your company credit after it has been applied to your account.
  • No returns sent COD will be accepted. Returns must be sent pre-paid.
  • IMPORTANT: All returns must go through our onlineReturn Authorization process.

  • RA number which will need to be printed clearly on the outside of the package being returned.
  • Any returned package that does not have an RA number will be returned to sender.
  • RA numbers are valid for 14 days.
